Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee the request can be processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may review our full Refund Policy for further information.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Although we ship all items with protective packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Duties
