Return and refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must meet the conditions below and be approved by our support team before being returned.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. Items returned without approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.
To begin a return request, please email us at info@lovelyluxe.store. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
For items that arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. Resolution may include a replacement or other solution, and is subject to verification.
We do not accept returns for the following:

Perishable items such as food, plants, or flowers

Customized or personalized items

Beauty and personal care products

Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Gift cards or items marked as final sale
Additionally, purchases made during promotional events or using limited-time discounts are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please complete the return process first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.
Customers within the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Some banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
